We stand behind the quality of our blueprints, risk plans, and indicators. This Refund Policy explains our 14-day performance guarantee and how to request a refund on a TradeGuardian digital product.
1. 14-Day Performance Guarantee
If you purchase a TradeGuardian product and determine that it does not help improve your execution discipline, you may request a full refund within14 days of your purchase date by contacting support.
2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- To prevent abuse of digital goods, we reserve the right to verify that you have downloaded the material and to review your feedback regarding the discipline checklist and framework.
- Refunds do not apply to products purchased outside the 14-day window or where evidence of redistribution or license abuse is found.
3. How to Request a Refund
Emailsupport@tradeguardian.comwith your order number and the email used at checkout, or reach us through ourcontact page. Include a short note on why the product did not meet your expectations so we can improve.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
