Welcome to TradeGuardian. By accessing our website, purchasing our digital products, or using our indicators and calculators, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or products.
1. Intellectual Property & License
Upon purchasing a TradeGuardian Blueprint, Plan, or Indicator, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the educational content and tools for your private, individual trading education.
- You may not share, distribute, resell, upload, or modify our materials for reuse or commercialization.
- All content, source code, designs, and indicator script architectures remain the sole intellectual property of TradeGuardian.
2. Risk Warning & No Financial Advice
Trading is highly speculative and involves high risk.
- TradeGuardian is an educational platform and software provider. We do not provide buy/sell signals, manage accounts, or offer financial or investment advice.
- All charts, templates, indicators, and tools are designed to facilitate behavioral discipline and practice. Any decision to risk capital is your sole responsibility.
- Simulated or past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making actual investment decisions.
3. 14-Day Performance Refund Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our blueprints and indicators. If you purchase a TradeGuardian product and determine that it does not help improve your execution discipline:
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting support.
- To prevent system abuse, we reserve the right to verify that you have downloaded the material and review your feedback regarding the discipline checklist.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Limitation of Liability
TradeGuardian, its founder Sonu, and contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses, drawdown breaches, or loss of funded prop firm accounts, arising from the use of our educational materials, spreadsheets, indicators, or calculations.
5. Account Terms (Future SaaS)
When customer registration launches, you agree to provide accurate registration details and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our site or products constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
